With the resources of the Imperium being unfathomably vast, it is no surprise that even those from neighboring nations choose to serve under the Imperial flag, if only to briefly be able to make themselves a small part of a newly-discovered planet's history.
Such is the case for Ia īlna, a young and bright-eyed xenobiologist looking to make her mark in the galaxy with her first assignment as a private military contractor for Hyperious Frontiers LLC. The assignment was meant to be simple and straightforward. Collect some samples, perform a few tests, perhaps even make a discovery or two on the strange world of Typherius V. It was the perfect planet to start with, being within the Goldilocks zone and having a hospitable ratio of oxygen.
If only there wasn't a malignant, violet biomass covering the entire surface of the planet.

Luka is a princess and only heir to the Megurine throne, her beloved parents passed due to a dragon attack and has left Luka scarred mentally and physically. Kaito is the heir to the Shion throne in the land not too far off, his surviving father resting in bed riddled with illness and death around the corner. Kaito is power hungry and ready to take the crown and make big changes within and out of his kingdom walls.
Before his plans are in place, many years prior the two heirs were promised to marry and united their people. Luka struggles with the horrors of losing her family and the obligations to her people. Is there anyway out for her to keep living the adventurous life she wants to keep or will she have to marry the prince.
Miku will be introduced later in the story. Negitoro still the main ship and end goal.
