Summary
Y/N L/N is a family friend of the Hackett's. She is loved by all and appreciated for her kindness and her loyalty to her lover, Robert Bobby Hackett. A younger sister and a daughter figure to them, while being the best woman Bobby could have ever laid his eyes on. Seeing as he's...a bit "childish", Y/N takes the role of a nurturing, guiding partner for him while protecting his innocence. She is seen as a good influence on him and the younger members of the family, often trusted with tasks and whatnot. She's loved by the children at the camp, often helping out during the summer.
She, however, has also been unfortunate enough to be one of the victims of the werewolf curse. Most of the family were able to be cured without a whole lot death and descruction, however Y/N remains infected. But she's learned self control, she's learned how to keep herself calm and protect the family instead of hurting them out of pure predatory instinct. The counselors and of course the Hackett's were hesitant at first, Laura intending to kill Y/N but Y/N proved to be the opposite of a lost cause. She has full control over herself now and she can use her power to advantage. That doesn't stop her from having nightmares of the past, though.

Ivy isn't exactly a straight A, collected student. In fact bad influences have caused her to stray from her studies, from her college ambitions and she's a fan of drug use. What she thinks is cool is actually ruining her life.
Summer on the other hand is in her senior year of college after a two year gap from studying and is due to graduate this year. Her mother is very worried about Ivy and her habits and isn't sure whether Ivy is telling the truth about leaving early for camp.
So she sends her daughter Summer to Hackett's Quarry, North Kill to make sure she's there. Her car breaks down and then begins her tale with the Sheriff, Travis Hackett, which doesn't exactly start on good terms.

When Dylan Lenivy died, he hadn’t expected to be met with Heaven or Hell—he’d never really believed in all that—or Elysium or Valhalla or any of those pretty-sounding immortal afterworlds. He liked the idea of reincarnation, but wasn’t sure he bought into that entirely either. What he had expected, however, was to catch a fucking break. In his final excruciating moments, especially, Dylan was kind of looking forward to oblivion; to sinking into the numbing waters of the river Lethe, forgetting about everything that came before, and having that eternal rest people liked to talk about. But for Dylan, nothing’s ever quite so simple. What doesn’t kill you might make you stronger, if the camp’s oft-repeated motto can be believed, but what if what does kill you doesn’t quite manage to make you dead? Not, y’know, dead-dead, anyway.
