The Playtime Seas right now are no joke. It's a pretty bad time to be thinking of wanting to sail these waters, let alone be an aspiring sailor. In an era where piracy meets technology, more and more criminals are let loose at sea. Thousands of sailors have had their ambitions destroyed by greedy pirates. Merchant ships, cargo transports, bounty hunters, Royal Indigo patrols whose sole purpose is to establish and maintain order across the seas and skies? None were safe from the eyes of a powerful pirate. Many ships had been claimed, a lot of doubloons and cargo either lost at the bottom of the sea or stolen by gold-hungry pirates, and sometimes lives were taken in an effort to combat these pirates, many of whom weren't afraid to challenge those who stood against their hook (or claw).
But even during darkened hours, there will always exist a beacon of light that will not shy away from banishing the shadows. Up until recently, a surge of criminals and pirates have been found castaway at sea or arrested by the Royal Indigo. Even ones who've gained infamous notoriety. No one was sure who was bringing these crooks to justice... but if you ask any of the poor bastards, they'll shudder out one name...

Charlie was just one of the few “security guards” who would make sure people or children didn’t wonder off track, they only stick around for the toys. They love seeing so many toys everyday, they adored the large ones always smiling as they pass by the Huggy Wuggy statue. They wished they could buy all the toys in the company but they where content with birthday presents to themselves. They had a pack of Huggy Wuggy toys as him that sit next to Cat-bee’s and Bron’s, Charlie loves them all, but she holds one closer then the rest, a very worn purple Huggy Wuggy they named Percy as a kid. Percy has been threw a lot but Charlie made sure he was returned to the best contusion possible. Charlie deeply cares for their toys, or all toys in general.
