Dogday remembers the day his kitten was taken all too well. Four years later and he still struggles to sleep in his own bed. He's avoiding anything reminding him of her like the plague, trying to cope with religion. But his condition won't slide during the first-ever Toy Tour.
So it looks like, after four years, Playtime Co. is finally pleased with their experiments. Toys will be displayed to business competitors for a truckload of money, and before they hit the stage it's expected all creatures to be perfect. Trouble is, none of them are. Especially not the tour guide.

Heidi is was adopted by Elliot Ludwig at the age of 12, as she was an orphan at the time. This was around the time that Playtime Co had Playcare, and as Heidi was introduced to her new family, she was introduced to Playcare.
She would grow up to eventually work for Playcare specifically as she got older. She was working around the time where the eventual event would happen. She was sick that day, so she ended up missing the hour of joy. She was one of the few people that didn't show up, and she was grateful for it.
Upon returning to work the next day, her gut yelled at her to leave, and she listened. She never looked back, even though she wanted answers.
Ten years later she was in a townhouse and working at a random store. Her and her best friend Sage Douglass didn't have anything really exciting going on. That was until the day Heidi received the letter..
