Although no one dares to come near them, Negan always manages to come to school looking like he got hit by a truck. Luckily, as they approach the end of their senior year, Rick will never have to see or even think about Negan again. He'll get that good life he dreams of.
Rick and Negan would never imagine being friends, or even partnering up for a project - however, when their home room teacher assigns their class with The Baby Project, they find themselves partnered together; with the duty of raising a fake baby. They might find that they are a lot more similar than they believe.

“Jumpy much?” Daryl asked just as she picked up her book again. She flinched so hard, the book went flying from her hands as he appeared from behind a tree trunk, the ghost of a smirk on his lips.
“Fuck off, Dixon.” she gasped, “You about gave me a heart attack!”
“Good.” he taunted as he walked past. “Keep ya on your toes.”
She scoffed as he disappeared into his tent, though for some God awful reason she was smiling. And he had been, too. She wasn’t sure she’d ever seen him smile before, but it suited him--even if he was being an asshole.
