One night, Page looks up from her laptop and says, "Rough night?" Elektra hasn't even made it into the living room, but the question makes her stop in her tracks, and to make up for it, Elektra cocks her head and stares at Karen like she's asked an inconceivable question rather than an accurate one. Karen just smiles. "It's all over your face."
Elektra laughs it away and says, "You think you've got a read on me all of a sudden?"
"Call it journalistic intuition."

“I never wanted to let you go,” he whispered, his voice thick with emotion. He stepped closer, his breath catching as he looked at her. “But I didn’t know how to save you, Elektra. I didn’t know how to keep you.”
Elektra’s heart swelled with the tenderness in his words. She closed the distance between them, her eyes locking with his. “You did save me, Matt,” she said softly, her hand brushing gently against his chest. “You saved me every time you believed in me. Even when I didn’t believe in myself.”

Summary
Elektra should be dead. By all means, there is no reason she's still alive. A whole building fell on top of her, yet somehow she finds herself, a little battered and bruised and worse for wear, but alive on a Staten Island beach. She survived. And if she made it out of Midland Circle, well then maybe Matthew did, too. Right? So she goes back to Hell's Kitchen and waits for him. Runs recon. Searches for him herself. But Matt Murdock is nowhere to be found. Now what?
The story picks up immediately after the explosion at Midland Circle and follows Elektra who survived, thank you very much. Not so great about this all is that Matt apparently didn't make it out alive (he did, but the other characters don't know that) and Elektra has no idea what she is supposed to do now.
