Summary
Hunter could be a jerk when he wanted to, especially when he was stressed. And he was very stressed, because he urgently needed a bassist for his band. He even asked his girlfriend, Haruki, for help, but the argument didn't end well. Haruki couldn't stand her boyfriend's selfishness anymore. She needed to vent and ended up choosing poor Kevin, Hunter's best friend. The problem was: Kevin had been in love with Haruki since elementary school, and in the end, the two were alone in a closed room in the middle of the night.

Ezra Gyldenløve, formerly Ezrella, is a trans ftm who's had surgery.
He's 16, he's happy in his new body, he's Norwegian, he's best friends with none other than Hunter Sylvester, and has been since he was 6. He is the rhythm guitar/accompanying vocalist in their band with their other best friend Kevin Schlieb, Skullfucker. Here's the thing: Ezra is gay, and Hunter is bisexual. He's been loving Hunter since he was 10, all while he was being bullied for being gay, just figuring out he was trans, and being insecure with his social anxiety, and struggling with his PTSD and recovering from anorexia. But when Kevin showed up he had felt slightly jealous, even though he actually likes Kevin as a person and a friend. Thankfully, they were 8 then, and he quickly realised Hunter and Kevin are just best friends.
Hunter get mad at Kevin when he walks out of band practice, and him and Ezra start arguing about Emily joining the band - which leads to a heated, potentially friendship ending argument - and a heated makeout. And something Ezra could only ever fantasize about.(this was supposed to be a slow burn but i couldn't help myself my subconscious needed them together sooner i am so sorry)
