Summary
Frisk, tired of all the pain and suffering they'd faced on the surface, decided they'd had enough. After hearing all the rumors about the legendary monsters locked away in Mount Ebott, Frisk jumped.
Hoping for another chance at a better life, they woke up in the Ruins, alone and hurt from the fall. Along the way into the Ruins, they meet Flowey, who joins them in their journey through the Underground. However, whatever fantasy they imagined of the powerful and amazing monsters from the rumors they'd heard all their life was quickly erased as they became immersed in the twisted, cruel world of the Underground.
Frisk, facing against the monsters of the Underground and the dark memories that haunted them at every step of the way, must find a way to survive. The question is: Will they make it to the surface? Or will they die as the final and seventh soul needed to break the barrier once and for all?

we heard of flowerfell and heavenfell, where flowers or marks would cover frisk either by death count or time passage.
what if instead of flowers or marks, frisk would be covered by scars from each death? and each scar would represent the death it came from - a diamond shaped one for spears or indents from bullets? what if the color of the scars were important as well - pink for quick, skin-light for no ill intent, red for painful and DT red for painful and ill-intended?

Every time Frisk dies, a scar appears. Stabbed by a spear, a diamond shape in the chest. Impaled by a trident, 3 mark were where the fork was… and so on.Post pacifist route following this Frisk, one who had suffered through the underground along with a ghostly companion. In this fic Frisk suffers, panic attacks, deaths, issues, and lots of scars. This is Charisk coded but there is no romance(at least in the main fic, the others are fair game also hi Chariskthrwy-)
Did I mention Frisk suffers? Oh yea they do.
I’ve read this twice, this time I’m actually leaving a proper bookmark (Hi Cyrus). I have this in my memory as the ‘frisk suffers :™:’ fic as that’s what happens. Suffering followed by brief moments where you think things are actually getting better for poor Frisky. Rec from me, enjoyed this a lot.
A fun factoid I’ve learned is that this person is the same one who has written ‘papers of homelessness’, a charisk fic over on Tumblr. Small world.
