Charlie checks and re-checks his weapon is loaded for the dozenth time. His hands are sweating, but he ignores them. Directly ahead of him, across a narrow road and only blocked from his line of sight by the industrial refuse bin he’s hiding behind, is the mall. Three months ago, he wouldn’t have gotten this close to Showfall’s headquarters if forced at gunpoint. To their small operation, infiltrating Showfall HQ was a death sentence.
But three months ago, they still had Ranboo.

Charlie, Aimsey and Sneeg are part of the nameless, underground organisation working to take down the unethical corporate monolith that is Showfall Media. Stuck together in a claustrophobic apartment, with nothing from their superiors but instructions to lay low and follow the plan, morale drops as the weeks drag into months and no progress is made. Then one day, the organisation sends a new recruit to their doorstep: a teenager with grey eyes, who changes everything.
When Ranboo goes missing, Sneeg, Aimsey and Charlie defy the organisation to get them back. But they are not certain Ranboo is even alive. When they break into Showfall Media's headquarters, what will they find...?

He was heavily breathing and fumbling with his com.
"Hello GenLoss? this is Endwalker," Ranboo said into his comm, you never know, the zombie apocalypse was impossible but here we are. This calmed his nerves just a little because it's like he's talking to his friends and not in immediate danger, which he was.
"i'm at-" Ranboo looked around for a street sign,
"Bsoisos Street, in district Snowchester I need back up on the supply run." Ranboo takes a look at the hoard while he waits for feedback, the zombies are coming closer to him, the feedback doesn't arrive so he tries talking into the com to at least to calm his nerves.
"Hello?" Ranboo tries again and the only sound that is heard is the growling sounds of decaying, or broken vocal cords making the notice of the zombies impossible to ignore and the increasing fear come back tenfold.
"Hallo." a British voice calls out its sounds shaky and unused, and it feels unreal, it sounded young, like him, maybe there was a chance that there were other survivors that are the same age as him, and a growl of the undead reminds him that he is still in danger's grasp.Or, a Beeduo centric Zombie apocalypse au!!!

Takes place during Episode 2, The Game Room challenge. The filter breaks as Sneeg and Ranboo fight to escape the wall trap and Sneeg makes a choice to let Ranboo carry on. Ranboo fights him on it, trying to make Sneeg live instead, but Sneeg refuses.
He’s a strong kid, stronger than he looks as he downright yanks Sneeg across the space, “You’re getting out.”
“You’re the best of us.”
“No, I’m not.” The look Ranboo is giving him is heartbreaking. Pleading eyes and all soft around the edges like he’s looking at his oldest, dearest friend, instead of some guy he happens to be locked in a twisted game with.
“You’re the only friend I have left.” Ranboo’s eyes blow wide, almost comically so. “Get on there.” He points at the marked place on the floor, the tape a little scuffed with time. “I’ll be okay.”
Ranboo does what he’s told. Sneeg shuts his eyes. The wall crushes in.

The first thing Ranboo remembered... the first thing he remembered was running.
A slow, blind stagger through the woods, hands desperately holding to sleeves or shoulders or whatever they could get a grip of for the trio not to lose each other. Under the sounds of the storm, Ranboo could hear Sneeg curse in pain with every step, they could hear Charlie trying to keep his breathing steady, they could hear their own heart pound as they glanced back, even knowing that it was useless. If Showfall was coming back for them, nobody would see anybody apart from faint, dark outlines that just as well could've been the trees or bushes. But still, they trekked on. They couldn't stop now, not until they found somewhere far enough that no one would find them. Somewhere safe.
They couldn't stop, and they wouldn't.
