Long ago the young Hero of Time was in a war at different era and when he returned to his own era from there, his Hyrule was in brink of a war. He did not want to end up into another war so he did what was needed to prevent it from happening. Only handful of people are aware of his actions. Now, over twenty years later, eight more persons are up to hearing one of his darkest secrets.

... Well. This is personal.
And, deep down, he worries they'll see him differently. The facade of a responsible leader is hard enough to maintain as it is, without adding on any... complications. Especially complications that don't make any difference to who he is and what he's capable of. It's a ridiculous thought, he knows, but he can't shake it.

Time didn’t like how he lost his eye in the first place. The others always ask him about the bad eye and how it came to be, but silently, he pleads to not let the truth be known to them. He wants to keep it between him, Malon, and the Fierce Deity.
Through his eyes, maybe, someone would understand why he didn't dare reveal himself at his most vulnerable, keeping his emotions to himself. And that he has to carry the weight of it all, for the sake of anyone but himself.
