Illumi didn't care what others thought and never did, simply binding his wings for the sake of not angering his father.
Until Killua, with his glowing white wings and blinding white hair paired with electric blue eyes told him his usually disgusting black wings were beautiful.
But black wings had always been considered a sign of misfortune.

Gon Freecss is a high schooler on Tofua’amotu, a small island in the middle of nowhere. He’s always felt like he was missing something, or someone. He wonders who or what it could be. His father maybe? One day, he inexplicably begins to have vivid dreams that he is a boy named Killua Zoldyck, who lives in a mansion and goes to school in York New City, a big city on the mainland. When he wakes, he’s back in his home. As his Aunt Mito and his friends at school tell him how strange he acted the day before, he begins to put it together - he and Killua are switching places when they sleep! They agree to work together until this strange phenomenon comes to an end. Gon did not anticipate, however, the strong bond he begins to feel with the strange boy from York New. He finds that he doesn’t really want it to end…
Gon has so many questions, and he must find the answers in the limited time he has. Why is Killua’s body always so painful to be in? Why are they switching places? With a snicker, Killua drops his hand and makes a show out of rolling his eyes. “Yes, you, stupid. What’s your name?”
Gon’s stomach drops then, realizing he’s being chosen as the first victim. Something tells him that Killua is not inclined to give any passes to the people he picks. That’s fine, honestly. The familiar feeling swirls in his gut; Gon’s always more than willing to rise to meet a challenge.

“Gon Freecss, do you pick truth-” Stopping for a dramatic pause (something Gon is quickly realizing is part of Killua’s personality), he grins wickedly, the fire causing a sparkle in his eyes that feels mischievous. “-or dare?”

Summary
People are willing to do a lot of things for money. For Gon Freecss, the phrase ‘sky is the limit’ wouldn’t be too much of an exaggeration. However, luckily for him, life throws him a bone in the form of a high school competition made by bored (insanely rich) teenagers, with a grand offering of ten thousand dollars. Unfortunately for his empty wallet, to be able to obtain the money, he has to have it in the first place.
Life apparently has a lot of bones to throw to him. The next one he’s given is named Killua Zoldyck.
