Summary
After a particularly rough few weeks acting as their introduction to the Delta Quadrant, the still very new crew of Voyager makes the difficult decision to settle on a habitable planet to ensure their survival. Voyager is left to her own devices to hopefully reach the families of her crew someday. The only problem with this arrangement is no one bothered to inform the EMH.
Really I just wanted to do a character study of a very person-dependent character when I put him in situations where he would be on his own.

Sue, a Seed-Self dispatched by the Fates to seal a Chaos-bleed, first rescues the U.S.S. Voyager and acquires Borg assets in the warp. Detoured into a sealed Ork pocket universe, she rapidly assimilates their forces to secure Voyager and escape.
The fleet arrives at Haven, Valdemar, finding the city under siege by a multiversal convergence of Zombies, Orks, and Borg pouring from stable ground portals. Sue immediately begins a field triage, Fetching Herald Lin to Voyager's bridge to coordinate with Captain Janeway and Tuvok on aerial defense. Sue then demonstrates her reality-altering Gifts and, with Tuvok, seeks an audience with Queen Selina. Trust is granted by the local Companion Herd Web, confirming Sue's role as a servant of the Pattern.
Recognizing that the invasion is anchored, Sue enters the largest ground portal and confronts the source: a Greater Daemon of Tzeentch, the Architect of Change. She defeats the Daemon with a Seed-Self Pattern Bolt, causing all ground portals to collapse. With Valdemar safe and the remaining threats contained by the combined Starfleet/Heraldic/Assimilated forces, Sue and the Voyager fleet depart through the Fates’ final, designated portal to continue their mission.

Admirals Picard and Janeway are assigned to help mediate between cultures on Gliese 514-C, a planet with commercial ties to the Federation. They are guests of the newly-refurbished Enterprise-E, whose captain and the entire senior bridge crew are on their first mission together.
Set after Voyager’s season end and The Next Generation film, Nemesis. Picard and Janeway have been a couple for about 18 months. They live in Picard’s high rise apartment in San Francisco because Janeway’s rental house was attacked (in my story, No Good Deed). Picard and Janeway are admirals. Picard reports to Alyssa Necheyev. Janeway reports to Owen Paris.
"Picard" never happened. "Prodigy" never happened. The books never happened.

Some parameters, however, can be very hard to define when the whole universe seems to conspire to pull you together.
AU of season 5 onwards, in which Janeway and Chakotay get together and navigate the challenges of maintaining a romantic relationship and the demands of command. Starts around Timeless and follows the timeline, tweaked where necessary to fit with the AU.
