Regardless, the subject appears to relate to two individuals in particular who Limbus Company understands, thanks to the intel of LCB, have survived the ordeal seen within the Library, much like a certain bamboo hat-wearing vagabond before them. The individuals, Allen of the Night Awls and Hanafuda of Jeong's Office, awaken in the Backstreets of District 17 with nary a clue as to how they got there. And now, together, they have to navigate what it means to be in a City post-Library.

    After the Expulsion of the Library, Angela took to a far more passive approach. They harvested some books from unintelligent outskirts monsters that came in as well as harvested energy on the Abnormalities within the Library’s walls, if only so they had enough light to operate on a functional level, and then they simply went about their day to day.

    Some would consider this an odd outcome, wishing Angela to take vengeance upon the City and the inhabitants, but a mere glance inside would inform the unenlightened on why that did not occur…

    …ALL OF MY ASSISTANT LIBRARIANS ARE MORONS!!!!!

    They can hardly handle themselves, let alone each other! You can’t go around a corner without thinking; ‘WOW, what a total mess!’

    But,
    To Angela, it is HER mess. One that she’s built from her ruined stage up to the towering Library it is now.

    And so she is more than happy to allow us all a glance to the world so magnificent that revenge on the City… is hardly even an afterthought…
    Rather, The City's name is mostly used to bring up ‘who would win’ debates between the assistants.

He seemed akin to an undomesticated dog on a fraying leash only one gentle breeze away from snapping. While many other Color fixers such as the Indigo Elder and the Red Mist were well-known for their strength and feats, the Blue Reverberation was better known for his unpredictability and tendency to mishandle the power and influence he had. He, as with any other high-grade fixer, knew the City’s taboos well – however, with the Blue Reverberation, a pleasant meet-and-greet could turn into toeing the line between breaking a taboo or not at a single sporadic whim.

    At least, that’s how Yan Vismok viewed the Blue Reverberation.

    Which is what made Yan’s most recently received prescript absolutely terrifying.
