Things have been coming up Chai for the past seven months! He got a functioning arm, a brand new job, achieved his dream, made some friends...it's everything he could ask for and more! Sure, things aren't perfect, but he never expected them to be.
So when things suddenly start going wrong, it stings. Things keep breaking down and getting destroyed; friendships are tested; and old faces begin cropping up more and more frequently. It's like the whole world got flipped on its head.
The more uncertain things become, the more unsure Chai himself is. But he has to keep on keepin' on. For the company.

Summary
SPECTRA. The pride and joy of the formal Vandelay CEO, Kale. An A.I. capable of controlling the minds of anyone upgraded with Armstrong tech. Designed to eliminate the customer's need to choose or think. But filling one's head with new thoughts and ideas is not a harmless procedure. But it would have skyrocketed the company's profits at an alarming rate. Kale would have saved the customers from the pain of decision making.
All it would have costed was the minds and sanity of the ones under it's control.
A rockstar will soon come to experience the costs of such an innovative creation. Whether he likes it or not.

Summary
Kale has, for all intents and purposes, won. 808 fails to free Chai from SPECTRA's control, and Kale makes good on what he said about using Chai as his pawn.
Now working for Vandelay Technologies as the ambassador for Project Armstrong, Chai lives a tightly scheduled life. Not only does he do marketing-related things, he's essentially a jack of all trades, doing numerous different tasks all over the island. Project Armstrong is an even bigger success than before with Chai spearheading it. The profits are rolling in. In the end, it all went (relatively) according to plan.
How long will that last, though? After all, there's still opposition left on the island.

It should’ve been a simple job. Go out, catch the repair unit that cursed all the coffee machines, beat it up, and drag it back to base. Maybe pick up a pack of energy drinks on the way back and call it a day.
Instead, Chai finds himself in a bit of a rough spot. But he can’t let these people get past him. If they do they’ll ruin everything Vandelay Technologies is working towards. Project Armstrong is too important for him to fail now.
So he’ll have to give this fight everything he has and then some.

Between an AI that injects thoughts that shouldn't be there, robots that want to evacuate the campus at any cost, and uncovering even more horrible plans from the previous management, the team's problems and solutions keep cycling back to a department that shouldn't exist.
