The Exile. Sándor, or also known as "Alexander" came to Eridia with one goal in mind, to find a cure to their curse.
This story unfolds during the demo and somewhat after the demo. I will mainly focus on my own characters, but ofc include some well deserved angst with very little comfort.

The Exile : reading books to pass time and to learn how socializing works was at first, a good idea. But the more they read, the more confident they became that talking to people won't be that bad. They fight soulless after all, how could talking to others be THAT different?
It was, indeed, very different.
Considering that they had the most special luck when meeting the people of this new home, Eridia, no amount of reading could have prepared them for this. At least they were nice… right? Or was this an elaborate scheme? If this was so wrong, how could it be that they trusted the person the most, who felt really dangerous.

MC and Ais meet up for a heartfelt conversation about grief and loneliness in an alley near the Wet Wick. With a surprise at the end.

"Why?"
You yelled back as loud as you could, but even then, the sound could've been muffled by the cavernous expanse of the Seaspring.
"You owe me one, Sparrow! You're lucky I didn't ask you for something more."
His voice crooned at the last few words and an unpleasant heat flushed in your cheeks. You had half a mind to respond, but decided against it. He was riling you up for shits and giggles. You didn't need to give him any more ammunition.

Hello! I wrote this after reading javertthejollywriter work which inspired me to write this! Some parts if you've read their work that I used for inspo (Lifeline) comes from that as you'll see! I basically used a pretty similar scenario but wrote it in our POV or whoever you imagine in this short story being the "reader" as I thought that would be cool to do and tbh we don't know much about Kuras or anybody yet, so I felt more comfortable writing it this way first since of course, the full game isn't out and I mainly did this for fun :D
