“You okay?” He glanced over at Clint from the pilot seat. He’d been getting increasingly quieter as they flew over the expanse of the Atlantic Ocean. Luckily they’d kept a quinjet in Wakanda so no one had to come get them. It meant that they got to avoid an awkward airport runway reintroduction to two guys that Clint had tried to kill, a former Army buddy from World War 2 and a science genius who turned into a rage monster.
“No. But I think that’s okay. This shouldn’t be easy.” Clint’s voice was quiet in a way that Steve was still getting used to, or maybe he was resisting getting used to because he was still waiting to hear the old Clint. Which wasn’t fair of him. Clint shouldn’t be trying to live up to an old version of himself because that was what Steve needed. Or maybe it’s quiet because Clint had resigned himself to his life just not being easy. Which Steve could understand. Even if Clint couldn’t remember his life before Hydra, it had to have left some fingerprint, like a muscle memory for his life just always being a goddamn battle that he never got to win.

After the Avengers take Loki into their custody, Thor places a pair of handcuffs on Loki to keep him from using his magic to escape. Unfortunately, the cuffs actually expel his magic which hit each of the Avengers and give them each different types of his powers.
Loki now has to stay close to the Avengers in order for the magic to slowly expel itself from the mortals and back to its rightful owner.
Because if it doesn't, Loki will die.

Juniper "Juni" Parker and their twin brother Peter "Buggie" Parker have also had a life best described as 'A Series Of Unfortunate Events'. Juniper has been half-blind since she was small because of the car accident that killed their aunt, Peter having seen their uncle bleed to death, the two haven't had the best life. They lived on their own until being brought into a whole new world by the Avengers. They love their makeshift family, but will the newest additions to their home finally be the ones to cause their house of cards to fall?

Clint shrugs, and deadpans, “And I won’t apologize for it, dogs are cute and sometimes they make me cry.” He stretches his long legs out just enough to tuck his bare toes under Bucky’s thick thigh, he sighs a little dreamily. And then he’s mortified.
“Oh?” Bucky grins.
“Shut up. It’s just the soul bond.” Clint blushes though and snags an arrow shaft off of the table to fidget with.

The pain didn’t seem so pressing, now. “Bud?” he coughed, snorting slightly as he regained his balance. “Are we buds, Steve? What do buds do? Bros? Are we bros?” he teased, chuckling at the offense on Steve’s face.
“Fine, darling, I’ll hold your hand so you don’t fall again.” Despite himself, Tony blushed pink. It seemed Steve was victorious again. “Is that better?” He slowly kissed Tony on the lips, holding him up with one strong arm around Tony’s lats.
