Quixotic, adj: exceedingly idealistic; unrealistic and impractical.
A puppet boy who was born to die instead comes alive thanks to people he didn’t know he lost and love he didn’t know he felt. Love is for humans, after all, and he is not one.
But Romeo was, once, and it’s only fair that he gets to be again. Or at least, that he gets to be as close as he can. This realization drives P to push through his grief, his trauma, and rekindle the dimming candlelight he loved before he ever even knew its name.

When did things get so out of hand? Was it his father’s obsession? Or is it his own?
As Pino grows more erratic, those who once called him a friend struggle with their own fears, caught between distrust and guilt. Meanwhile, the bystander effect takes hold, as those around him hesitate—too afraid, too uncertain, or too complicit to intervene. But as paranoia sets in and the walls close around them, one thing becomes clear: no one is safe from the consequences of unchecked obsessions.

After everything that has happened, P continues to fight to save Krat. He then is attacked by a strange monster he hasn't seen before and is rescued by another. The strange beast that saved him calls himself Mr. Hound. He explains to P that he and the other monster came from a different world and need to return home. P agrees to help Mr. Hound, but can't help but be weary of him. There's something about this circus themed cat-like creature that has the human-puppet suspicious.
