George lays on the pillow, their hands underneath their head as their hair lays on the pillow in a messy way, it’s not in the shape of a Halo at all but Wilbur thinks it’s the closest a human could ever get to being an angel.

It's funny how sometimes we say things are just fine when really they mean more. George does that. He didn't even realize pronouns mattered to him until someone asked. Then it just clicked and there was no turning back.
And coming out is scary, its being vulnerable in a way that's new. George does not like to be vulnerable.
Even when there's feelings involved.

George rested his head in his hand, thinking of the best way to try and explain what he had been looking at to Dream, a blush of nervousness seeming to flush his skin. “I’m looking into pronouns and stuff like that…” He whispered softly, not daring to let his gaze wander to Dream on his other monitor, eyes glued to the website he was looking at.
“Yeah?” Dream hummed curiously, his tone of voice nothing but gentle and understanding as he spoke his next sentence. “What have you been looking at?”
George swallows the lump in his throat at the question, biting down on his lip harshly as he tried his best to get the words out of his mouth, but it takes him a couple moments. “Any, maybe… I think I’m okay with any pronouns, but I don’t know.”
