Annabeth couldn’t believe it.
She and Grover stood at the edge of the pit that He had just fallen into. Annabeth held the bag he threw before he fell while Grover trembled next to her. Annabeth was about to cry too, but she couldn’t let herself. They had a job to do.
With that Annabeth wiped the lone tear on her cheek, grabbed Grover’s hand, and marched off towards Hades’ palace. She would make sure Sally Jackson was saved and that the damned lightning bolt is returned, if only for Percy.
“Annabeth?” Grover asked after they moved far enough from the pit that they could breathe safely. “What are we going to tell everyone?”
Annabeth sighed, “I don’t know.”

Now Nico gets to experience a coming-of-age story, goofing around, making up with his childhood friend and a little drama from keeping secrets. Will's cat is obese and Leo is a terrifying driver. If you're gay you have to read the first chapter and keep going if you like it, it's a new law actually.

Or, the camp has been overrun, to make matters worse Olympus has fallen. The demigods are left struggling to survive and hide away from their own godly parents that want to keep them by their side whether they like it or not.
