When Connor got to his first case, he saw first-hand an android with a soulmate mark. Ever since he had been told to stop deviancy, and that the soulmate marks were nothing more than a glitch. Then one day he deviated, and his soulmate marks appeared. His soulmate was none other than Gavin Reed, a hostile detective who works at the station Connor was assigned to.
When Gavin finds out that Connor is his soulmate, he realizes that after these 36 years of believing that he was destined to be alone, he finally has a chance at true love. He is determined to change for the better and gain Connor's trust, but the android doesn't seem to trust too easily. As a matter of fact, Connor refuses to try and make it work between them.
Can Gavin get Connor to finally let his guard down and trust him?(Goes through canon, then it's a post-canon love story. Also includes three grumpy old men raising their emo robot son.)
TW: An android is fated to be the soulmate of a little girl, but nothing romantic happens between them because consent and age are important.
