Keith decides to visit the Castle of Lions during a break from Blade missions. However, a nearby planet has requested help from Voltron and Lance is the one to make the trip. He asks Keith to accompany him for old time's sake. Unfortunately for the half Galran, something lurks in the depths that none of them had been warned about...

However, he had jerked a little too harshly to do so and the animal retaliated by swiftly pulling out of Keith; a movement that Lance noticed had caused him to bleed. This was enough to get Lance to spring into action, but the Blue Paladin wasn't prepared to watch Keith get slammed into a nearby rock formation, hearing the glass of his helmet shatter over the comm.

Summary
Now that Keith isn't with the team, Lance has one less distraction in his life. Now he can focus on these weird, bubbling feelings; things he's felt for some time, but never had the space to properly dwell on them and pushed them aside. Having a big family and sharing a dorm made time to be alone with your thoughts quite difficult. Maybe he can consult the other people on the ship?

Allura walked near the lounge and heard talking. She only briefly peered into the room on her way by, seeing Shiro, Pidge and Lance having a conversation. Thinking the combination of the three of them was a little odd, she otherwise paid no mind.
Until she heard crying. Sobbing that was most definitely not Pidge or Shiro. Pressing herself against the wall near the door, Allura allowed herself to eavesdrop, finding herself concerned with what could have the Red Paladin in such a state. She continued to hear things like “never feeling like myself” and “born wrong”.
