Now Percy is falling, into the depths of Tartarus, alone. Will he be able to get to the doors of death? He must get back to Annabeth. Back to the seven. But if he makes it back, will he be the same?

What happens when an extremely dysfunctional group of heroes which include but is not limited to a God, a robot, a mutated teenager, a super-assassin, and a rich man on their way to dinner meets a better-but-still-slightly-dysfunctional group of kids?? teens?? running around with swords and way too much confidence?
After everything the crew has been through, crashing an Avengers work dinner might have been the strangest experience so far. Hard to say when two of them have literally died and come back though.

So I love the Percy Jackson books and I love the Batfamily comics especially Jason's and Dick's. Soooooo I combined them for some character study and angst. Gonna deal with Percy dealing with his powers after Tartarus, and Jason after the Pit.
This is my first fic, so please tell me what you think and what you want me to expand on more. Title inspired by a Hozier song lol.Percy after finally defeating Gaia and seeing that Jason might be alive goes back to Gotham and finally reconnects with his mortal family, but everyone has their secrets and need for therapy.

This work will follow the original canon until it ends during the course of the original books, then the story will continue as the author thinks Percy's story could continue.!!This story is a PercaNObeth story!! - I have read the books many times (the entire series) and I am of the opinion that this couple should have remained as platonic love. Their relationship seems unhealthy and I cannot imagine it working without a toxic streak in the future. This is NOT about hating Annabeth's character - I like the character but the pairing was a bad decision in my opinion and does not benefit either of the people involved. So there won't be any Annabeth bashing just facts from canon. You have been warned!
If you haven't read the books (the original PJ series, HOO etc.) I recommend you read them, it won't make sense to you otherwise.
