i loved this hux and kylo ren so much i'm going to vomit and then kill them with my bare hands. also the pov storytelling shift between the two fics in this series? seamless and complimentary. a favorite line from each one:
He hated Ren for his insubordination, his free-ranging temper and his esoteric Force-bound obligations and allowances, and yet each one of those reasons could double for why he also craved his presence.
The man swept back inside just as the wind picked up again, tugging fitfully at Ren’s surcoat and sending it whipping about him. It felt just like how Hux pulled at him, strong and capricious and utterly unquestionable.

Summary
Kylo Ren has made his decision. He has killed his past and now knows who he wants to share his future with. Hux keeps telling himself to stop submitting to the psychopathic conflicted manchild. However, the sex is so good that he gives in, to Kylo, every time. Kylo is determined to prove to Hux that them joining together to rule the galaxy will be optimal for everyone, promising to cease with his temper tantrums and unprovoked use of the Force.
In a nutshell, two psychopaths gradually put aside their conflicted pasts and fall in love, to brutally bend the galaxy to their will.

Kylo fixes him with a stare that could melt glass and gestures down at himself. “Probably not, no.” He snatches the coffee from Mitaka and takes a large gulp, shoulders coming down slightly. Still waving the scrap of fabric.
“I am assuming the suggestion of standing on the fire escape for a few minutes to encourage some shrinkage wouldn’t be appreciated?” Hux asks, halfway through devouring a muffin from the bag of pastries and digging through to find another to occupy his hands when he’s finished. He lets his eyes flick to the man’s underwear. “Or likely to help much.” He mutters to himself.

Of course, he’d already noticed how physically affectionate this race is. They are still raptors, roosting high in the mountains and preying upon the plains below, their eyes attuned to long-distance recognition. Up close, they can’t see very well, and instead they resort to touching. Hux has seen them brushing against each other, standing close and rubbing sides, laying heads on each other’s shoulders, long necks entwining.
They have been giving him the wide berth out of respect to the Emperor, but they have no such qualms when it comes to his courtiers.
