Summary
“So, your brother is having what? Some sort of party?” Mike began.
“Yeah, he and Katie will have been married for 10 years in June.”
“Ok, so it's an anniversary party.” He continued. “Marcus would like you to go, but you’re worried that if you go, you’ll end up having to speak to your Mom and that’s something that you’ve spent the best part of twenty five years trying to avoid.” Mike paused to take a sip of his drink. “You’re conflicted because you’d like to be there for your brother, Katie and the kids but at the same time you’d rather gouge your eyes out than have to sit and make polite conversation with your mother. How am I doing so far?”
---
Harvey is invited to celebrate with Marcus but in doing so he must also face his mother.

Summary
“How about that guy? The one with the suit and the ‘I’m-better-than-you' look stuck on his face,” Trevor suggests, motioning toward a man walking down the street as he bites into his presumably stone-cold hotdog.
“Him? You’re not serious. He’ll deck me!” Mike protests.
“Hey, you’re the one that said this was the best way to get views, you can’t go blaming me for this,” Trevor says, defensively, mouth still full and screwing up his face in disgust as he looks down at his hotdog. “This wasn’t worth it.”
Mike glances at him briefly before turning back to look at the well-dressed... businessman? Banker? Lawyer? The styled hair definitely says lawyer, “I did try to tell you. And, for the record, I was high when I suggested this. I can’t be held accountable for this anymore than you can.”
or
Mike decides it's his turn to do something stupid for views, and today that means going up to a random man and loudly proclaiming he's his boyfriend. Let's hope this goes well.

Summary
۶ৎ. It was another work night at Pearson Hardman. Harvey had shoved one of his pro bono cases onto Mike again―the work Harvey was supposed to take on himself, but never did. Hours later, Mike was already in the workroom, lazily standing in front of the printing machine waiting for the 100 page documentary files he's giving away to Harvey. Just as his eyes were about to close shut, Harvey called out for his name standing right behind him.

Summary
A laundry list of things he did wrong and very few, right. This is the time for musing.
'Why Mike?' was never a question. Because of course it was. Of course, Mike. Everyone that met him could understand that.
The real question was 'how far?'
How far would the great and self-assured Harvey Specter fall? And more importantly, how far would he go for Mike Ross?
The answer, it turns out was - all the way.
Or
Marvey, a story of love and longing.

Summary
Mike screws up badly enough that Harvey decides he needs a lot more than one spanking this time. And no matter how much trouble Mike is already in with Harvey, he somehow always finds a way to get himself into a whole lot more. He’s lucky he’s Harvey’s guy.
Harvey didn’t catch up to Mike before Mike got into the warehouse where Trevor was being held hostage. Instead, Mike got himself tied up and held at gunpoint right alongside Trevor, and Harvey got his own ransom call to come for Mike. Harvey manages to save Mike and Trevor, but Mike isn’t exactly out of the woods yet. Sequel to Trusting Someone Else. Loosely in Season 1, E5, but events occur out of canon order in this work & series, which is much less canon-bound than my others are.
AU: Associates at corporate firms in the U.S. must legally consent to corporal punishment by partners or face forced resignation. Only Harvey can legally punish Mike, and he refuses to do so without Mike’s *voluntary* consent (not tied to employment status or anything else). Mike has requested that Harvey use spanking to punish him in order to help him deal with work and life stressors, find a way to cope, and feel taken care of. Mike can always withdraw consent at any time.
