    When Sephiroth was called to an emergency in Hojo’s laboratory, he didn’t expect to find the Professor dead, nor was he expecting to walk out a father to a mysterious five-year-old boy. Nor was Shinra, for that matter. Nevertheless, he’ll adjust. He hopes.

    Shinra’s SOLDIERs hadn’t expected to babysit Sephiroth’s new son, who may or may not be looking to commit patricide.

The various board members and executives took advantage to argue every minute detail they managed to find to exhaustion. Around the fringes of the room, however, darkness creeped in, providing a veil for the many sets of reflective eyes to watch from, as if waiting for the opportune moment to drag them all into the inky, cold depths.

    At least, here, only one set of eyes was ever on him.

His home, many of his memories, his sanity and most importantly, his amazing and loving partners were all taken away from him one-by-one and he was unable to do anything but watch. He even had to fight one of them several times, his insanity having gone so far that he was willing to hurt him.

    So, it is quite a surprise, even for him after everything he has been through, to fall asleep in Edge, get a small vision of Aerith smiling at him and wake up back in Nibelheim with his mother still alive and well as if nothing had happened. Soon realising he has been sent back in time, he sets out to find and save as many as he can

    Except Hojo, Jenova, Hollander and President Shinra. They could honestly all go screw themselves for all he cared and he'd gladly make sure they would never hurt anyone ever again. He'd even sic Vincent on them if he had to. Little does he know that he will get some unexpected, but much-needed and appreciated help in his quest

    For as long as people could remember, the dreams had existed. Dreams in where you'd meet the pack you were destined to be with once you turned eighteen. The only problem? You'd meet them in their animal forms with no way of communicating your or their names or where they lived, leaving to many people never finding their pack

    To rectify this and help everyone find their pack somehow, events called "meeting nights" were eventually created where people would spend the whole night in animal form to try and find their pack that way and it usually was a huge success with many packs finally being completed

    Cloud Strife honestly never had time or need for such nights as he was too busy helping his friends Tifa and Aerith run the restaurant they own and he honestly liked the life he had without a pack to interrupt. However, as a favour for Aerith, he finally agrees to join in once and try to find his pack

    He never could have expected who they were....
