    As always, after the events of Priestella, Subaru lost his name to Gluttony. He was tortured, primarily by Ferris, to gain information on the Witch Cult. And after he lost his perceived use as a prisoner, he was executed.

    But then his name was returned. And all hell broke loose.

    Satella would return hm to the world, but only after the entire world has gone to shit. Without their holder. the Authority of Sloth and Greed were released and managed to find their way back to the Witch Cult through their 'new' holders. The Royal Camps have now been destroyed in almost every way that matters and were forced to disband officially due to the ensuing backlash after Subaru's execution. The Sword Saint has disappeared, War is everlasting, Morale is low and the Witch Cult are more active than ever. And most importantly, a star reformed after disappearing for a year.

    They were becoming one.”

    They responded to his plea with a miracle. A divine gift to the powerless and afraid. A guardian angel.

    “The spirits had fused. A new entity was born. Something new. Something sacred. Something divine.
    And Subaru was its contractor.”

      Hilarious crack. Had an interesting serious moment of Reinhard asking why Subaru hates him.
      ---------

      Felt take a deep breath.

      "Reinhard, PLEASE don't kill yourself." Felt said calmly.

      "GAH!" Reinhard is shocked. He is weak to the word 'please'.

      Slowly, Reinhard put the Dragon Sword away from his neck. Seeing this, Subaru panicked.

      "NO! PLEASE KILL YOURSELF!" Subaru hugged Reinhard's leg again.

      Reinhard put the sword closer to his neck.

      "NO! PLEASE DON'T KILL YOURSELF!" Felt hugged Reinhard's other leg. Reinhard's legs are occupied by crying children.

      Reinhard trembled, he had never faced such a dilemma before. To die or to be alive, both choices are equally difficult.

      "Please, both of you, let go of me-" Reinhard tried to say.

      "DON'T WANNA DON'T WANNA!! I'M NOT LEAVING UNTIL YOU KILL YOURSELF!" Subaru cried, shaking his head.

      "DON'T WANNA DON'T WANNA!! I'M NOT LEAVING UNTIL YOU ARE SAFE!" Felt cried, shaking her head.

      Reinhard despaired, wondering if this was his punishment for being such an incompetent hero. The unsheath Dragon Sword still in his hand, the Sword God laughing at this dark comedy. Elsa and Meili, finally snapped out of their shock and started eating this so-called 'popcorn' Subaru invented while putting on sunglasses.
