"Did you really have to grab me when I jumped?" Ezreal grumbled, casting a quick glance at Kayn. "Now I’ve got to run from you again, and I’m running out of tricks..."
"Can you shut up for a second, Blond?" Kayn snapped, his voice low and irritated.
Ezreal blinked, taken aback by the sudden shift in Kayn’s tone.
That’s when Ezreal finally took in their surroundings. The forest wasn’t the same anymore. It had grown deeper, darker, the air thicker with an eerie stillness. It was a far cry from the forest they'd been running through before the cliff.
A chill ran down Ezreal's spine. "What... where are we?" he muttered, his voice softer now.
"This is not good," Kayn said, his voice low and edged with tension.
When Ezreal attempts to steal - study - an ancient artifact from a temple in Ionia, shadow assassin Shieda Kayn tries to intercept him, only for the two to end up trapped together in a never-ending forest.

For the first time in Piltover history, the counsel has created a new form of entertainment: "Piltover's Freestyle Brawl". This brawl is a 2v2 battle-style tournament, broadcasted for all of Runeterra to see. Anyone is welcome to audition - regardless of fighting style- and the winning team of two will earn a hefty cash prize.
It all sounded great to Vi, until she was accepted into the competition and paired with a rich and pretentious woman: Caitlyn Kiramman. Vi found herself struggling to keep focus, which had absolutely nothing to do with the way Caitlyn's face would flush when she got angry, or how her back would arch when aiming for the perfect shot. Entirely unrelated.

Partners?
Holed up in their ninth-floor study room for the summer, Viktor and Jayce partner up to represent Piltover Academy Law School in The Hextech International Moot Court Competition, the most prestigious milestone of their law student lives.
But amidst preparing their legal arguments and making the most out of their final year, Viktor (unsuccessfully) learns to pine from a distance, whilst Jayce comes to the realisation that he may very well see his partner as far more than just a friend.
Litigants to lovers? Guilty as charged.

“What!?” Caitlyn screams, followed by shuffling noises. “Every single detail, Jayce. Everything. Stat.”

Summary
All Viktor wants to do is improve the lives of those in the Undercity. He attends Piltover Academy on an academic scholarship and intends to use his time wisely, to learn how to create a better environment in his hometown, but a certain smiling boy with a penchant for physical affection derails his educational experience.
So, he leaves Piltover, and the past, behind him. Viktor travels to Ionia University, hoping to create a distance wide enough to forget about the partner he mistakenly fell in love with. Then one day, years after their fateful parting, Jayce finds Viktor again.
Only, this time, Jayce is different than Viktor remembers... and he can't decide if that's a good thing.

There is a heavy influence of music on this story. (Rock bands = Zaun, and you can't change my mind.) A lot of the music will be rock, emo, alternative, etc. But mostly just emotional songs.
I believe that well-written lyrics are an excellent way to express feelings: to yourself, to others, and to the world. It is another way that Jayce and Viktor could communicate.
