Many excited students of Peach Creek Jr. High lead by Principal Antonucci are going a summer trip to participate the 16th annual Card Brawl which parents assume it's a TCG Summer Event, But in reality is a undergroud fight where kids from other middle schools transforms into Monsters or Units from both Yu-Gi-Oh and Cardfight! Vanguard to fight via the Automatic Stand that also serves as the refferee named "Smell of the Game" which given the nickname Gwimbly which he is being held captive by the head of the U.S. Department of Education, Dolla Dolla.And the kids aren't aware that the battles their taking are being used for gambling online by Principals and Teachers world wide as they bet the kids whose school is victorious.
But during Ed's battle against his opponent, He was approached by a pair of absurd duo, Pim and Charlie which granted him to transform into an Ultraman which requires both his cards, which Ed becomes Ultraman YuGeed and this is the beginning of Peach Creek Jr. High's Underdog streak.
Meanwhile, Komaru Naegi with the help of Frank West goes undercover send by Speedwagon Foundation to uncover and exposed the illegal Gambling Ring.
