Summary
Goyou was a boy raised in a house of violence and neglect of his own emotions and opinions, he never got the chance to get out of the house itself and was homeschooled—more likely just taught what first graders should know and that's it. As a result, Goyou never learned what was this or that, what happened here or there. It could also explain why he wakes Agape, his best and only friend, by hitting him. Or maybe he just has anger issues.
While Goyou lived with a family (that’s loving in their own way), Agape lived as an orphan. He was raised in a rich one so there weren't any problems with school. But he was considered strange, his hair and eye color wasn't like any normal japanese person would have and his fangs were abnormally sharp. So most of his childhood was either ignorance or non-stop questions. Only a few Sisters from the orphanage cared about Agape, but most of them moved to another job or has been fired.

Ever since Agape was young, he admired artists. To think the strokes of a single brush could create an image baffled him as a child, which inspired him to take it up as a career. His family was unsupportive of his choice though, they told him how much he’d struggle and how… Even though his artwork was beautiful, it wasn’t anything special.
That’s how Agape was in life though, nothing special. Nothing about him would be jaw droppingly amazing, but nothing about him was jaw droppingly horrendous; he was mediocre at best.

When Goyou offers to reset his memories so Agape can stay useful to him, the virus jumps at the opportunity to stay near him. However, when a file malfunction causes a separate antivirus software to spawn in the desktop, it forces the two programs to face their own feelings, and perhaps even gain something along the way.
The start is not that great, but it gets better after the first few paragraphs, I promise :)

Walking over before sitting on the edge of the dock, Agape following what Goyou does closely, sitting right beside. Their toes almost reaching the shallow waters.

Agape slowly reached out for Goyou's hand. His fingers slowly wrapping around Goyou as he held the other's hand affectionately without the other's knowledge. His other hand making way to cafune the other's hair, softly ruffling it. A soft smile exiting Goyou's mouth.
