The gentle breeze of Mondstadt’s atmosphere was always a welcoming experience. The Land of Freedom was always a breath of fresh air to visit. Whether it be for the satisfying adventure food, the blissful feeling of nostalgia, or even the pleasant company of those he began his great adventure with. This wasn’t Aether’s first time coming back to Mondstadt, and it certainly wasn’t the last. Tonight, however, he’d get another reason to return.
Barbara had contacted him via letter and asked of he could host Jean for a night. She's been working really hard and needed some rest. Naturally, he complied, not one to let a "friend" suffer from her own negligence.
However, a plan was being brewed without him knowing it. Even though, he and Jean was the key component.

The wilderness is a wild and dangerous place, Aether. It’s been years—who’s to say that things haven’t gone funky?”
