With a name that reminded him of his and Keith's favorite pastime with her when she behaved well enough to be on a harness: looking at the night sky. In fact, where they had buried her was by her favorite tree.

Keith hissed at him and Lance startled backwards with a yelp as even in the dim lighting there was no denying that Keith’s eyes had changed; pupils narrowed in slits and a distinctly yellow sheen to his sclera, and his lips were bared back, revealing fangs.

Summary
At first, nothing happened. Battles were fought, lost and won. People were freed by their hands, captured by the Galras’. Life in space went on.
Then, about a week after he’d emerged from the healing pod, things started to change. Subtle, at first. Small things, like the small pointing of his canine, that made it just a bit easier to tear the skin of his lower lip when biting it in worry. Small things like how it became easier to navigate in the dark, his eyes seemingly needing less light than they used to. Things like, him being able to smell what Hunk was cooking from another room halfway down the hallway.

“Pleasure.”
He scowls when his husband snorts loudly next to him.
“Sorry, sorry, I just love you so much,” Lance snickers, easing Keith’s annoyance with a quick cheek kiss before he focuses on the newborn. “Hi, Ryou, I’m Uncle Lance and the tight potato next to me it’s your Uncle Keef.”
Allura gasps quietly. “Uncle Keef, yes.”
“No,” Keith huffs, shooting them a glare.
[Or the one where Keith and Lance come back from their honeymoon, go meet their new nephew and Keith doesn't wear spiky clothes just so he won't stab the newborn by accident, never mind he doesn't even own them.]

Summary
Fever dreams and cemeteries are never a good combination, especially for Keith, when the corpses behind glass look like clones. Thankfully, Lance is there to help him through it.
Keith wakes with a strangled cry. He’s choking on air—too much, not enough.
He can’t—can’t breathe. He doesn’t know if he’s just gasping for air or full out sobbing, but the animal sounds tearing their way from his throat refuse to be suppressed.
His skin is on fire; he’s being burned alive. The scar running from his jaw toward his eye throbs with remembered pain, and he claws at the wound with desperate, shaking hands.
Something in the distance calls him—no, someone. A familiar voice guides him back with strings of soft words: Shh, Keith. You’re okay, you’re okay.

Summary
It was quiet for a while, as what he said settled into the darkness. He buried his face into his pillow, wanting so much to tell Lance to stay but not wanting the boy to look at him, to see him like this. He felt the weight leave the end of his bed; Lance had stood up. Relief and disappointment crashed over him all at once, but on the outside, he didn’t move. He was surprised to feel the weight return to his bed, but this time, right at his side.
“Keith,” he felt a warm hand press against his shoulder “Keith, look at me.” He shook his head into his pillow, and the hand resting on his shoulder tightened. “Keith, I’m not sure what’s going on with you, and I won’t ask you to tell me. But I’m not leaving you here like this. Whether you look at me or not, I’m not leaving. I’ll stay here all night if I have to.”

Set in canon universe, around the beginning of season 3 (aka shortly after Shiro's disappearance & lion switches). Lance and Keith have recently started dating, but Lance has yet to experience/witness Keith's depression. Since leaving Earth, Keith's managed to keep it together, but after Shiro disappears, everything hits him at once. -
