Summary
Phil is a rich man with 3 children - Tommy, Wilbur and Technoblade - all adopted, because his wife died long before he could actually have a biological one, and he loved her too much to fall in love ever again.
One day, one of Phil's precious children goes missing. His siblings get worried, as well. Phil, having such a big reputation, does everything in his power to get his son back...
And one day, he finally finds him - but was that really the best option he had?

In this world, everyone had some kind of master skill - he didn't. And that really, really bothered the teenager.

"Make sure you come home Techno. It's far to late for you to be out." With that, Techno hung up the pay phone without bothering to answer her mother. He didn't care if he is out too late. He was too far gone. He isn't going to make it until morning. So he walked to train tracks.
What if that was the last time she heard his voice?

Tommy groaned, bringing his hands to his face. A breath of silence flooded in and out of the small room. Then he finally gave an explanation, “He was making fun of my picture, that's why I was mad, I know it’s dumb but I-” He stopped himself.
Wilbur and Techno didn’t push.
Tommy looked up, blinking unsurely, he took a steadying breath. “I guess I was proud of this one”.
Wilbur smiled, matching his twin. Neither of them spoke, asking Tommy a silent question. To which Tommy responded by reaching into his coat pocket.
He slowly pulled out a small piece of crumpled paper and handed it to Wilbur. He then leaned back, folding in on himself.

Tommy is an anxious artist, just begging to get through this week. He had an art show Friday and on top of all of that, his brother was coming to see him; whom he hadn't talked to in years. He just needed to find inspiration for his painting, which led him to rediscover some childhood memories. Some that had to do with his lost brother, the one who ran away and never returned.

Wilbur has been traveling for over a year, stealing from different dimensions as he went to keep himself going. Pocket watch in hand, he's seen hundreds of different dimensions. He's determined to reach his goal, but with the I.D.T.A. chasing after him at every corner, and his escapes from trouble becoming narrower and narrower, he's beginning to wonder if he'll ever find what he's looking for, or if he'll just end up sent home to deal with the broken remains of the old life that he left behind.
