Chattering bounced around, and both laughter and light-hearted arguments could be heard. Unlike the raging, item-throwing war of words, Time had grown accustomed to.
It was so different, not so long ago. No one rarely talked to each other, and when they did, arguments broke out, chairs, weapons were thrown. Nothing would stop the others from violence. including Time. They couldn’t help themselves, letting a sly comment fall, and not hesitating to pull out their dagger. It was hard not to lean into distrust, the situation they were all in made that clear.
Or: Two Time slowly opens up to the others, as they do as well. They still go through the rounds as they all learn how to live in this new life together.

Two Time has 7 days before they have to sacrifice Azure, and in that time they have to plan out the murder while juggling the heartache and guilt of being loved by their partner, their struggles with their identity, and the vicious cycle of self-punishment they cause themself as their religious trauma leaves them with the most desperate devotion to the Spawn.
