Summary
Yes, the title is that boring. Why? Because heck yeah baby, this is a full-on novelization of the 2013 JRPG, Fire Emblem Awakening (well, the first arc, anyway).
A young man awakes in a golden field with no knowledge of who or where he is. The only thing he can remember is the name of his rescuer -- a bright-eyed prince named Chrom. Soon enough, Robin finds himself thrown into a strange new world -- new to him, anyway -- of bandits, fell monsters, and national hostilities. Whatever life he left behind, he intends to make the most of this one -- if he can survive, that is.
That's exceptionally vague but frankly, I'm assuming you know the game's premise at this point, if you're reading this. If you haven't well, let's have some fun, shall we?
