Shellington,,, had been distracted. Well, not distracted, but he’d been less awake nowadays, not like he’s ever not but today it’s seems like he just held a full 480 hour. And I’m pretty sure that’s not even possible.
Today was Valentine’s Day, a normal day in the Octopod. A few gifts passed out from each other, Tweak and Dashi are of course this years signature couple, as always, yet Shellington never really cared for it besides his best friends being there.
That was until Peso.

“Well to fix the octo-radar we need the batteries which I assume the octopus took.” Tweak said with a gloomy expression.
“Aww matey, don’t be so sad about the octo-radar! ‘Me and the captain will surely find it!”
“Well we aren’t going to be wasting time here, let’s split up! Me, Kwazii, Peso, and Dr. Inkling will go to the Gup A, Dashi and Shellington will be working together in the library to find what species the octopus is.”
“Aye, aye captain!”
“Yessir!”
Dashi and Shellington are both quote, “secretly” crushing on each other, but neither of them has found the courage to make the first move. They both long for closeness and connection, but are too shy to openly reveal their desires.
As they embark on a mission to find an elusive octopus that has evaded them and broken their octo-radar, they will be thrown into a series of challenges and situations but they will also bring Dashi and Shellington closer, forging a deeper bond as they navigate the mission together.
