Warning upfront, this is heavily inspired by writing in the 60s, which did not like Russia or Communism, so please try to focus on the angst.

Seeing as Robert had also taken an interest in Communist ideals and Frank couldn’t see why his brother would be opposed to it, he just took it as an insult that Robert thought Jackie wasn’t good enough for him to marry because she was a waitress; so much for Robert saying he was for the common man.
