Hannibal Lecter has a fan club. Will explains the philosophy of his Becoming. Jack coordinates with Rio police. Chiyoh describes more of her past with Hannibal and the Lecter family. Hannibal and Will find a wine shop in Camaguey -- the visit turns macabre.

Jimmy Price, Brian Zeller, and Liza Lake work a new case for Agent Fuller in the L.A. field office. Hannibal and Will travel to their villa in Santa Cruz del Sur. After Hannibal and Will take a bath, things get steamy. Alana Bloom advises Jack about Chiyoh. Will has a final visit from the Man Filled With Stars. Will's becoming is complete.

“Yes?”
Hannibal comes to a stop, turning to face the other man. Whether he was able to sense that there was something poignant about the way Will said his name, Will can’t tell.
The corners of his mouth form a fragile, somber smile as he speaks. “I forgive you.”
Hannibal’s eyes widen as realisation settles into his bones. Fixated on the rich honey-amber colour of the man’s irises, Will can see the reflection of the knife in them before becoming consciously aware of his own arm moving.

After the fall, Will and Hannibal had settled down in Cuba, where Will still deals with nightmares and the occasional flashback, but Hannibal helps him through it. Hannibal ends up having nightmares too because Will almost died after their fall, and he vows to appreciate and love every thing he can about Will, all the little details that make him who he is. -
