“Bubba…!” Dogday immediately says helplessly as he dramatically slouches into himself.
Bubba takes one look at his notes before settling beside him and grabbing them, “Is this about integrals? It looks like you got it though?” The blue elephant questions as he looks over the neat notes his friend has structured on his notebook.
Dogday shakes his head, “No, Bubba. Listen, this is serious. I just-...ugh. Dude, like promise me you won’t tell anyone.”
Bubba, although confused and now slightly concerned, nodded, “I promise. What is it?”
“I like Catnap.”

CatNap originalmente era parte de la pandilla de los Nightmare Critters, sin embargo no disfrutaba de las travesuras, de generar pesadillas o de ser malo. Con la excusa de que iría a dormir se despidió un atardecer de su banda y acabó por desaparecer en medio de la noche. Ahora, tiempo después, Baba y Rabbie lo encontraron...
Durmiendo felizmente en el regazo de DogDay, mientras Crafty colocaba cintas en su cola y Kickin hablaba con Hoppy sobre planes asombrosos para salir de aventuras juntos... Obviamente le cuentan al resto de sus amigos lo que han descubierto: CatNap no fue secuestrado, ni desapareció, el imbécil los había abandonado... los traicionó por los Smiling Critters, sus mayores enemigos.
Mientras ellos planean que hacer, CatNap disfruta de hacer dulces sueños para sus amigos, y de pasar las mañanas y atardeceres siendo mimado por su novio, adorando el aroma a vainilla y sentirse seguro entre sus brazos.
Pero sus acciones del pasado... lo terminaran alcanzando.¿Sus amigos como reaccionarán al enterarse sobre su pasado? ¿CatNap podrá mantenerse feliz con los Smiling o terminará regresando a donde pertenece?

Eso era lo únicamente que estaba presente. Solamente silencio.
Cada integrante del grupo de Smiling Critters conocía perfectamente que un miembro del equipo era de muy pocas y ningunas palabras. Recurría al lenguaje de señas evitando la interacción con su propia voz, lo cual todo lo que conllevará en él era solamente silencioso.
Pero en está ocasión este era un silencio muy diferente. Un simple movimiento bastó para dejar al resto del grupo de criaturas totalmente sorprendidos.
Su cabeza se había movido de una lado a otra de manera lenta. Negó.
Ningún ruido. Nadie habló, nadie quería hacerlo. Simple gesto que dejó aún can de color anaranjado conmocionado y destrozado.
¿Por qué las cosas tenían que cambiar?.
¿Qué son realmente los sentimientos?.
¿Por qué las emociones eran tan complicadas?.
¿Qué fue lo que él sol le preguntó a la luna para quedar totalmente destrozado?.

Dogday and Hoppy recently got a job together at one of their favorite coffee spots in town, Lunar bucks. Through the job they've been able to re-connect with a lot of critters they haven't seen in ages! One particularly named Catnap, a lavender scented feline that likes to work in the chill atmosphere of the shop. Though, with Dogdays sleep troubles, it seems more like a nightmare job rather than a dream one! Catnap might have the solution to his sleep troubles, but who knew it would open pandoras box to a whole lot more troubles that would plague him through the night!
Coffee Shop AU with Dogday and Hoppy as baristas! they're all adults here, and the Smiling critters thing was more of a TV show they did when they were younger. There is one chapter with sleep sex in it at the end, the rest are just wet dreams.

The city of Critter Cape was a vast and sprawling metropolis. Countless critters of all shapes and sizes lived in its hustle and bustle. Few of those critters could ever fathom of leading more than one life, and even fewer knew of what dangers lurked beneath the busy city.
Dogday, however, knows both of these things very well. By day, he's a happy-go-lucky college student. Ready to step into the next page of his life with all his wonderful friends right beside him. By night, however, he's Agent Day. A spy working for a mysterious organization. Using a myriad of cunning, gadgets and his own physical strength, Dogday hopes to improve Critter Cape one mission at a time.
Not all is as it seems in the roaring city, though. For beneath the veil lies even more secrets than Dogday could ever imagine. It isn't until his encounter with a mysterious and enigmatic purple cat does the truth begin to blur. Known as "The Phantom of the Night," the cat sabotages one of his missions and leaves the canine confused, angry and desperate for answers. Despite future prospects, Dogday can't get over his loss at the hands of the dastardly cat.
...It doesn't help that his new roommate looks just like them, either.

Ele tentou, de verdade ele tentou ser positivo, sorrir ate o fim... No final o gato roxo estava certo quando disse que o quebraria, mas o curioso disso é que no final quem mais saiu ferido foi o próprio gato.

It's a rainy day! CatNap loved these types of days, where the sky was gray and the pitter-patter of rain against the roof was soft like a lullaby. Made for perfect napping conditions. Unfortunately for him, though, he feels he won't be doing much napping today. Not while lying in DogDay's bed and being wrapped up in his love. Not with DogDay saying such humiliatingly sensuous things with the sole purpose of making his face burn.
