Summary
Ability, Quirk, and the Dying Will Flame.
These are the three powers that exist within this world.
In this world, 80% of the population were those with Quirks, but that did not include the two countries that have isolated themselves since the era when Quirk first appeared. Unknown to the public, these two countries have been long taken over by the world’s largest criminal syndicates—the mafias.
When the Japanese government picked up an amnesiac Chuuya, they decided to use this opportunity to turn him into a Hero by having him attend Japan's No.1 Hero school and become the ultimate weapon against the vile Villains.
When the Villains heard of this news, they decided to take Chuuya and turn him into a Villain against the Heroes.
When the Vongola heard of the news, they set off to Japan to welcome Chuuya as a member of their famiglia.
When the Port Mafia heard of the news, the White Reaper and Mad Dog were dispatched to bring their boss' right-hand man back, before their boss decided that while war was never the only option, it certainly was the most enticing one.

“I’m sorry for ruining your night.” A deep shuddering breath echoes through the woods. Steve hurts. His chest aching something awful and so tight he can’t breathe. “I’m so-” his voice breaks as does the damn holding back all his tears. Now it’s Eddie’s turn to feel his eyes burn. “I’m so sorry, Eddie. I’m sorry for everything. I never – I never wanted – I never meant things for to end up like this.”
Eddie’s brown eyes meet Steve’s hazel. Tears fill Steve’s eyes and despite everything - despite how broken Steve looks, despite how angry Eddie is, he can’t help but think he’s still so beautiful. Eddie wants to say it. Throat aching with the need to say something, anything to get Steve to stay and let him help. It hits Eddie hard that this is the first time he has ever seen Steve cry. Steve who always put on such a strong front, who hid his sadness and fear under false smiles. All the anger and fury from five minutes ago left Eddie only to be replaced by such a twisted feeling that whatever is haunting Steve won’t be stopping anytime soon, and it’s something so much bigger than he could ever imagine.

“With you?” Alexei calls over the clamour of the crowd. They love a good fight, but they perhaps love romance even more. “You mean your fellow Tribute from District Three?”
Eddie shakes his head again. “Not Gareth.” He looks up, eyes landing on the camera. His earnest expression is broadcast across every screen and the crowd waits, holding their breath. Steve realises that he is too. “My Star Crossed love is from District Twelve.”
Steve exhales shakily and tries not to throw up on stage.

Summary
While on their way back from supplementary classes, Bakugou saves Hatsume from being run over by a truck. Daily good action accomplished - life turned upside down and inside out by one of her ‘babies’.
When Bakugou wakes up in the school infirmary with a killer headache and two massive bumps on his head, he finds out his life has been turned into a game. To be more specific, a dating sim with only two available variants: he gets a ‘happy ending’ and starts dating one of his acquaintances or he gets a ‘bad ending’, where he dies or dies or, you guessed right, dies.
To make matters even worse for him, he’s only a character to his own game - not the player. That role had been delivered to the other unconscious patient sprawled on the bed next to his, Todoroki.[AKA unwilling Todoroki needs to play Cupid for an unwilling Bakugou]
