Jungkook pulled Taehyung closer, nuzzling his cheek against the side of his neck – the part his anti-mating collar didn’t quite obscure- as he glanced at Namjoon with irritation. “No.”
“Actually, I think hyung could be right.”
Taehyung’s gaze was the hardest for Jimin to meet, a combination of shock and hurt as he looked at the alpha. Instead, Jimin’s eyes stayed fixed on the table, mouth twisting uncomfortably at the unbridled rage from his mate now trickling down their bond.
“No, I’m not saying we should bring in someone new,” he clarified, finally lifting his eyes to meet everyone. “We have two unmated alphas in the pack.”

Yoongi follows the direction, biting his lip as Taehyung’s breath teases the shell of his ear. Every muscle in his body tenses, and his eyes squeeze tighter, dizzyingly.
