Breakdown is a construction worker next to a hospital for cosmetic surgery. Knock Out is the name of the good-looking doctor who walks by every morning. Property damage ensues, and Breakdown is quite happy that his next job just involves more tent-building for a society conjunxing and less handsome doctors.Or not.

Now here he is, chasing the kid through a city he doesn’t know and trying to hide from the people that recognize his face. And then the worse case scenario happens: the only one who — reluctantly — helps him stay out of the fray is someone who hasn’t seen a single one of his films.
