A handsome prince, a terrible curse, and a courageous young adventurer.
A Shaymian fic, based (VERY loosely) on Beauty and the Beast.
(If you don't know Shayne's Dumpster Wizard character, go find that first, then come back!! Go on....I'll wait!!)
There is also a PODFIC of this story, with music to enhance the storytelling experience. Even if listening isn't your thing, I would recommend listening to the Prologue...it's just not the same without the music.

As a special Halloween episode Damien and Shayne will be locked in a closed Walmart for 6 hours. It should make for a fun episode of the Damien & Shayne show, right?
Wrong! Damien is upset, Shayne is distracted, and strange noises may or may not mean someone is inside the building with them! Is someone playing an elaborate joke on them or are our boys in real danger?

I suck at summaries, so here's an excerpt instead.
The first time Duncan noticed the boy's beauty, it snuck up on him. Paul had been running sword drills on a dummy when Duncan snuck up on him from behind. One hand caught Paul's sword hand and forced it across his stomach, while the other held a knife to the slender throat. Broad chest pressed into the boy's narrow back, he growled in his ear, "How many times have I told you not to stand with your back to the door? Pretty sure Gurney has told you the same."
Paul gasped softly in surprise and the light blush on his face deepened and spread down the back of his neck. Bringing his free hand up to the hand at his throat, Paul yanked downwards while pushing back with his ass and twisting to knee Duncan in the groin. Sudden, unexpected pleasure was followed quickly by sharp pain, and Duncan released the boy in shock. The expression of joy at having escaped lit up his face like the sun, and it took Duncan's breath away.

As a grease monkey turned college freshman, Dean's constantly three seconds away from being stressed out of his mind. It hardly helps that he's finally figuring out his sexuality in his thirties.
What might help with that stress is a little phone number (and a big credit card bill). If he can't figure out how to be bisexual in person, he can at least give it a go over the phone, right?
(It's probably a bad idea, but he really can't help himself.)

So they’re just pretending this isn’t happening. Great. Denial. Jensen can work with that. He can work with that a lot better than the reality. Because, the reality is that he and his best friend are humping each other silly on set. In front of the cameras. Nothing but a thin sheet blocking the truth that they aren’t really acting as well as they’re being given credit for today.
