Summary
While a ten year period carries its own evolution in light of growth and experiences, there are things which will oftentimes require a closer look than what's alluded upon its surface along the way. Samara knew as much for the past that lay behind them. And, despite however ready she felt for their ceremony to merge their lives as one, Charles proves to be in need of a certain comfort before he's sure. Afraid that his Bunty might harbor disillusions by the mere chances of being happy with him, forever. The stress of said query making itself next to unbearable following the day's plentiful mishaps.
Samara is seldom uncertain when faced with the doubts of her impossibly stubborn Welshman, though. In fact, if she were to testify to her own knowledge gained following the subsequent decade, she'd start with the irrefutable fact that there would never be another happy day in her future without Charles Jones.

Summary
Just a short drabble I wrote for the Charm chat on the official Let's Play Discord server. This scenario is based on the possibility of Charles accepting the job with Ellesmere, and takes place about six months following his move to London. Opens on his way to a charity ball, feeling particularly doleful and overwhelmed by the complexities of all that he'd misconstrued. By the prospect of moving forward with a certain Young weighing heavily on his mind.

Sam is unyeilding in her determination to become a mother. Her and Charles are not quiters, and they have no doubt that a baby exists in their future. It's just a matter of trying, in spite of the struggle they've weathered thus far. Something neither one is a stranger to in regards to their turbulent romance. With a terribly hefty sum of effort on her part, however, Samara is pained to relay to her gorgeous husband that she won't be ovulating for another four days. Charles comes to understand that he can't allow himself to orgasm for the rest of the week. Circumstance shouldn't suggest, however, that he won't continue taking care of his Bunty's needs.

Sam, dreading the dinner she must share with the overbearing men in her life. Luck should have it that they express said qualms to each other following a long afternoon at work. Within the comfortable confines of his car, they come to an agreement that would ultimately prove itself monumental for years to come.

Picking up after what had to have been the worst meeting in the history of Young Technologies, Sam and Charles are an hour into the dreadfully long trip back home. Both of them struggling with all of the mistakes they had made, negativity bubbling about the silence that had overcome their trip. That is, until the car breaks down. Leaving Charles with another hour by her side to stew over his fears, and the terror that racks through him upon realizing the biggest mistake of them all. Sam, ready to offer a world of comfort to counteract his sorrow.

It should be noted, that Samara Young had already been through the drill of an international business trip taken alongside her boss. Once in Japan months prior, nothing was supposed to be so off about going to Ireland with Charles. Though, the world never really bases the scenerios it harbors off of what's to be expected. Especially in the case of a Young woman who cannot prevent her mind from partaking in a sex dream on the very first night, just happening to fantasize herself opposite a certain Jones. Fate waiting to bestow upon her conscious self that very fantasy, along with so much more. All she had to do was grab some water.

Samara knew that she had herself to blame for believing that a trip so perfect couldn't present its own significant bumps along the way. Even so, traveling to Japan on her first international flight was so catered to her interests that she couldn't help but be swept into the excitement of it all, be it on business or not. That is until she and Charles arrived to discover that their hotel could barely manage squeezing them into a room. The real kicker? There was only one bed.
