"—and how is that even POSSIBLE?" He recognized the voice immediately. Tim. And he sounded... not good.
Jason should have left. Should have just aborted the mission and come back another time when Tim wasn't around. That was the smart play. The tactical play. But curiosity was a bitch, and Jason found himself moving toward the sound instead of away from it. He peered around the doorframe and saw Tim in his office, pacing like a caged animal with at least five empty coffee cups scattered across his desk. The kid looked like he hadn't slept in a week. Maybe longer.

Your honor they are brothers~ Also yes~ Jason effectively took over a large portion of the Gotham Underground with no issues and no notice until he was ready to kicked off the plan with the Joker. Jason can strategize with the best of them, he just plays the violent brute role very convincingly. And if I’m not remembering wrong didn’t he steal Wayne R&D? So yes, Jason is that good.

Summary
Jason is both annoyed and weirdly flattered when the replacement turns up to ask him for help. He mentally rearranges his calendar so he can be free Wednesday evening and says, “No, fuck off, I have very important business going on.”
Tim eyes his 72” TV playing Japanese wrestling more judgmentally than it really deserves.
“Important crime things,” Jason emphasizes. “Make Wingdick do it.”Jason doesn't think much of it when Tim needs his help, or Damian moves in, or even when Dick turns up looking beat all to hell. But at some point he realizes that he might be the best option his brothers have to recover from the cycle of violence that Batman has set up, and all he can think is that things were much easier when he was the villain.
