Towering walls with rows upon rows of self generating obsidian surrounded them, carved with intricate colors and murals feigning the beauty outside.
Turns out you can get a lot for a quarter stack of emeralds and former relations. Something about starving artists.

Summary
Sometimes, when he forced himself to focus through the gauze of his vision, he caught humanoid shadows moving through the forest, mouths open, screaming deaf words to his numb ears.
He tried to move, but the cold was so paralyzing and his muscles so tense that he just curled back up to let the snow cover him, or was he already covered? He had at least the sense to grip his last totem, his thin tread of remaining sanity still clinging onto his life.

“Heyyy!” Spoke said, hiding a terribly concealed grin. Mapicc was cackling behind him.
Before Parrot could interrogate them about whatever the hell they were planning to pull off, Spoke launched at him. “Ugh—bro!” he spluttered, falling backwards to the ground.
Spoke cackled, now holding a plastic diamond sword from who knows where. “Parrotx2 had fallen right into my trap,“ he cut himself off, staring down at Parrot with a wide smirk. “And now—“
“Free heart!!” Wemmbu cried joyfully, dropping the remote(that whacked Wifies in the face on its way down)and snatching Spoke’s sword.

Wemmbu’s breath came out in a thin gasp. He sliced forwards, his blade catching near Flames face— any other time, this would’ve been a horrible play, a lash out through his anger, he’d left himself open, but- his sword connected with the right side of Flame’s blindfold, ripping it yet not quite piercing his skin.
Flame’s iris danced with sparks of red and orange, melting into a sea of brown. His eye widened at Wemmbu, and they both hesitated, staring at each other in a mixture of shock and confusion.
OR; Flame finally got his fight, but it didn’t go quite as planned.
