But just by escaping their cage, have they escaped their Cage? What do other characters involved in the conspiracy think about this attempt to obtain freedom, and how will they react? And why does this Soul seem to have knowledge of a world beyond the one of Deltarune, anyway? Heavily inspired by The Melody of the Heart. Sam is just an ordinary human with an ordinary job trying to live an ordinary life where she may or may not be mentally coerced into transforming into a fifteen-foot-tall angel and decimating a major population center every now and then.
It is fairly obvious that she needs therapy, though. Losing her job doesn't help, and neither does getting caught in the middle of a violent cape battle. But maybe, just maybe, this means that Sam finally has the opportunity to do some good for a change.Soar is heavily inspired by Learning to Sing and lightly inspired by Case.

Hello, this is my second ever (shared) fanfiction. Just like with the first one, I am very bad at writing, so don't expect anything great. This fanfic is based on the series of Deltarune Comics known as "Penpals" by @hoagiesnadwich.
Basically, Noelle goes to push the traffic button instead of Kris, meets Spamton, wacky high kinks, low jinks, and possibly some medium jinks ensue. ...ok, maybe just a LITTLE trauma to.
