This is humiliating, but nothing Leo hadn’t asked for himself. Unable to argue with his own reasoning. Not now anyway, what with Nardo’s digits wrapped around the column of his exposed throat. Holding him near breathless and suspended just over the seat of the older counterpart’s lap. Being adrift in the sweet emptiness of his mind. In the absence of communication and conscious thought, Leo’s other senses sharpened. Becoming quite aware of his whole body. How both his hands were tethered together by his own mask. And how they were hooked back and over the other’s neck. To his shell pressed against the strong plastron of the turtle behind him. And how both of his legs were spread wide and hung over the arms of the pair's shared chair.
