Summary
Lu Guang was a lot like a cat, that was the best simplest Cheng Xiaoshi could view the other man. He was grumpy, he acted cold, he took a lot of naps, he liked food even if he didn’t eat much at times, he’s very good at hiding when he’s sick until he can’t hide, and he liked to sunbathe.
It was precisely what he was doing right now, in fact. He was laying down on the couch in the sun room, right where the light was hitting. His eyes were shut peacefully, and for once did he not carry the same tired expression he always had when he was awake.

Summary
"Once he stepped into the cave, he pulled out Cerberus from its holster, moving quietly and swiftly, until he finally spotted what had caused the disturbance.
There was someone lying on the ground, someone with short silver hair and wearing a uniform all too familiar.
Vincent approached slowly, pointing Cerberus down at him.
He was smaller in stature with shorter hair, and now that he could look more closely, there were just a few small differences in the uniform. There was a shirt under that leather jacket he wore, and the pauldrons weren’t as bulky as they had been before."

Summary
"It was Valentine’s Day. A day that was meaningless to Sephiroth, a day where he’d have to be more careful with what he did and where he was going so he could keep the fans who were interested in him from trying to pursue him.
… It was Valentine’s Day. A day that should be meaningless to Sephiroth, and a day that he should be spending holed up inside of his dorm room, or out on an isolated mission.
Instead he was spending the morning in the kitchen that he never used, reading a recipe book that he had bought just a day prior, and looking at the recipe for making heart-shaped cookies."

“Sephiroth’s head fell onto his shoulder, cutting Angeal off in the middle of his ramblings. He nearly jumped in surprise, breathing in sharply. He looked to his right- Sephiroth’s eyes were closed, his breathing slowly evening out.”

"“When is Angeal coming?” Vincent asked.
“He said he’ll be coming next week.” Sephiroth answered, a small smile on his face. He’d be arriving next week, and would be staying until halfway through the first week of January. Sephiroth couldn’t be more excited for it, and it was the same with Genesis.
“It’ll be nice having some help to deal with you.” Genesis said, without looking at Sephiroth.
“You’re the one who keeps-”
“It’s only the morning, save your fighting for when we’re done with this.” Vincent sighed, narrowing his eyes at the both of them.""
Or: The four of them celebrate Yule together, which is sure to be disastrous, knowing them.

Summary
Just to keep my Sephy and Vincent fanfics that take place in the same AU together. Easier to keep track of just in case I ever come up with more ideas for these two haha. Don't expect consistent updates though, as this is one of my more low-priority things.

“Um, Mister Flins isn’t moving. Or… responding. At all.” A tentative pause. “Is that normal?”
Shit.
Aether whirled around, and, at the sight of Flins crumpled on the ground, unmoving, his stomach dropped like a stone.

Summary
Here’s the thing: Lu Guang knows, objectively, that Cheng Xiaoshi loves his parents.
When Cheng Xiaoshi loves something—when he loves someone—he develops a blind spot. An unconscious calculation, more like, of how many times, how much, how deeply that person can hurt him before he can no longer find it in himself to forgive. For Cheng Xiaoshi, Lu Guang knows, that measure is infinite. Cheng Xiaoshi forgives like breathing.
Lu Guang is not so virtuous.
(or: with liu xiao and the saros folks out of the picture, lu guang has to figure out how to live without the benefit of foresight. or is it hindsight?)

Summary
Which is why a surprised but delighted smile slipped across his face at the sight that greeted him behind the tent-flaps. Both of the feared warriors were fast asleep, curled close together on the cot meant for one. They looked peaceful in a way neither of them ever did outside the realm of sweet oblivion.
Angeal muses over the different sides of Genesis and Sephiroth when he finds them taking a well-earned nap!
