Roronoa Zoro has a problem. He wants to adopt Chopper, Chopper's temporary guardian wants Zoro to adopt Chopper. Chopper wants Zoro to adopt Chopper. But Zoro is broke and has a bit of a past and the World Government very much would prefer Zoro doesn't adopt Chopper. It seems hopeless.
Trafalgar D. Water Law has a problem. He is finishing his residency and wants to stay in the East Blue as an ER doctor. Rayleigh the head of the hospital wants him to stay. The whole hospital wants him to stay. But Doflamingo wants Law back home and has pulled enough strings to fuck with his visa and immigration status and he might have to leave the East Blue. It seems hopeless.
But nothing is ever hopeless when Luffy gets an idea. And two men who feel lost, will very much be found.

Summary
Masaru was methodical and strategic in the way that he planned runway shows, color pallets, trips, discussions, meals anything and everything. He took his time, admittedly usually too much time, poured over every detail and every outcome he could possibly think of before coming to the conclusion that best benefited everyone.
So why was he here in the elevator of the Endeavor Agency spontaneously responding to an SOS text from one Enji Todoroki?
