Summary
Ever since Alex had entered Greg’s employ, Greg was saying things like this. Dropping little phrases here and there that implied Alex was something more than just his assistant. Statements that were so ridiculous and outrageous, it made everyone around them chuckle with slightly uncomfortable, barely disguised mirth. Alex didn’t take these declarations too seriously; he usually chalked it up to Greg being a gigantic flirt.
Because nobody actually has sexual relations with their personal assistants. Everyone knows that.

Together they try to find a path home for Alex.
